Celia or CC is the eldest daughter of Blue Launch and Android 27 . She is thoughtful, level headed and quiet. Like her father she is a fighter. She is 1/2 Human and 1/2 (Humanoid) Android, she looks human. Celia loves her family very much and would do anything at all for them.
